Barcelona economic vice-president Eduard Romeu has welcomed the members' vote for the sale of merchandising and TV rights.
It eases the financial pressure on the club and frees up funds to spend in this summer's market.
Romeu said: “It was a necessary procedure.
"It takes a weight off but so far we have only managed to turn the traffic light green. We still have to finish the job."
Asked if the approval of the sales means Barça can now think about signing Robert Lewandowski, he added: "Today, we could sign Lewandwski as long as we apply the 1:3 rule LaLiga has.
"As were are in breach of LaLiga's fair play limits, if we are not capable of bringing in or saving three times what he could cost, it would not be possible."
