Barcelona coach Xavi says he's agreed terms over a new contract.
Xavi will pen a new deal to 2025.
He said today: "The renewal has been agreed for days and will be announced shortly. I already said it was done. It will be announced soon. I don't know when, but soon.
"We arrived at a very difficult time, with very difficult sports, economic and psychological circumstances. Very good work has been done from the presidency to the sports management. It is a process of construction and training, but we are competing and making good matches.
"This should be the confirmation season regarding the game and the results.
"I personally feel very confident. I feel strong in this regard. The staff is grateful and the players are enjoying it. We are in a good line, but we cannot stop being humble and continue working."
