Barcelona coach Xavi is backing president Joan Laporta's claims about the Negreira case this week.
Laporta and Barca have been charged with bribery, with the president insisting those investigating have a Real Madrid bias.
Xavi said today: "This is always the case, with Villarate, 'doping'. It's always like this, so I'm with the president 100%. In the locker room we have not discussed it.
"I have already said it. Situations to destabilise. The 'villarate' was invented by a Madrid newspaper, this is what the president refers to. In the best stage of Bara they said that we doped ..."
Xavi also said, "He is a very positive and very brave person. He is the leader of this entire project. He is calm and I am with him 100%."
On Laporta claiming Real Madrid are envious, Xavi added: "For me it was the best stage in the history of this club. I think the question should be directed to Madrid."
