Barcelona coach Xavi is confident Jules Kounde will face Real Valladolid on Sunday.
Xavi is certain Barça will finally have summer signing Kounde available for the fixture after the Frenchman missed the first two matches of the season due to not being registered with LaLiga because of the club's spending cap restrictions.
"It's an issue with negotiations, of fitting numbers within the fair play rules, but we are convinced Jules can be registered," Xavi said.
If that is the case, the former Sevilla defender, a €55 million arrival, could make his competitive debut for the Catalan club on Sunday.
