Barcelona are confident securing Alejandro Balde to a new deal.
The wing-back is on the brink of penning a new contract through to 2027.
Spain international Balde's agent Jorge Mendes has pushed hard for a major pay-rise given his rapid progress over the last month.
After some stumbles, there's now confidence of an agreement between the two parties.
Along with the increase in wages, Balde's new deal will also include a 1bn buyout clause.
