Barcelona are confident closing a deal for Chelsea defender Marcos Alonso in days.
Chelsea boss Thomas Tuchel has already stated he expects to see Alonso soon sold.
AS says there's a belief Alonso will join Barca early next week. The left-back has spoken with Barca coach Xavi over the past two days to discuss the transfer and where he is set to play.
Alonso has already agreed personal terms, while Barca have settled on a fee of €8m with Chelsea.
Only minor details need to now be ironed out.
