While Sancho has failed to live up to his billing at Old Trafford, Barca chiefs are convinced of his talent, says Sport.
Barca are open to a loan deal in January, but Sancho must accept a major cut on his 350,000-a-week wages.
The England winger is currently training with United's youth team after criticising manager Erik ten Hag online.
Sancho will not be allowed to return to first team training until he apologises.
