Royal Antwerp star Arthur Vermeeren could be close to sealing a Premier League move.
The youngster could be signed in January by London giants Arsenal, who are in the market for new players to bolster their squad.
Vermeeren is a composed midfielder whose style is thought to mesh with manager Mikel Arteta's system.
Per Sport in Spain, Vermeeren is also a Barcelona target, but is likely to go to England.
Arsenal have the funds to secure a deal immediately, while Barca may have to wait until the summer.
Vermeeren would have to be convinced that he will get ample game time at Arsenal.
