Barcelona are ready to secure Marc Casado to a new contract.
The Barca Atletic captain's current deal is due to expire in June.
But transfer expert Fabrizio Romano is reporting: "EXCL: Barcelona have opened talks with talented midfielder Marc Casad over new long term deal.
"Understand talks are ongoing over three year contract until June 2027.
"Talks are already advancing well as Bara consider Casad an important talent for present and future."
