Barcelona have decided to pass on signing Atletico Madrid attacker Yann Carrasco.
In January, Barcelona sold Memphis Depay to Atltico Madrid and in connection with the transfer, an option for Carrasco, 29, was agreed.
The option was set at 19m for the Belgian winger.
But Sport reports that Barcelona do not plan to exercise Carrasco's clause due to the club's financial situation.
Barcelona would have to sell either Ansu Fati or Ferrn Torres to bring in Carrasco, two players who have no intention of leaving.
