Barcelona president Joan Laporta has dismissed complaints about their Copa del Rey semifinal win against Real Madrid.
Barca won the first-leg 1-0 with a record low possession.
Laporta said, "It's a good debate for football, I'm an advocate of the how. But there is no need to take it to the extreme.
"I like attacking football and I'd rather win 6-5 than 1-0, but I'm enjoying the defence we have.
"Not since Alves, Pique, Puyol, Abidal have we had a defence like the one we have today. It's winning us games. If we hadn't had injuries in defence, we'd be in the Champions League."
