Barcelona president Joan Laporta knows fans were unhappy with defeat at Ray Vallecano last night.
However, he argues Girona has eased any pressure on the LaLiga leaders by beating Real Madrid.
Laporta said, "The culs are not happy because the game did not go as we expected, but luckily Girona did a good job and made up for the day.
"The priority objective continues to be LaLiga and we are 11 points ahead of second. You all know it.
"I ask all the culs that in these home games they encourage the players and the coach more than ever to achieve the objective."
