Barcelona president Joan Laporta says they will able to sign players this summer.
Laporta insists LaLiga are satisfied with their financial plan.
Addressing members, he stated, "It will allow us to register important players for the project" and also to strengthen "to continue to be competitive".
Afterwards, Laporta took stock of the season, which he described as "good."
He said: "The sporting season has been good, we have achieved our main objective, the league, and this has been the coach's merit. Xavi, with his effort and work, has contributed enormously to our success. And of course the players, the other architects of the success."
