Barcelona president Joan Laporta has confirmed plans to sign permanently Joao Cancelo and Joao Felix.
Manchester City defender Cancelo and Atletico Madrid striker Felix are both on straight loans with the Catalans.
Laporta said: "We are interested in their stay. We plan to start these negotiations in a short period of time because, as you know, Deco is planning the best way to negotiate with Atltico Madrid and Manchester City.
"We have a beautiful friendship with these clubs."
Barca coach Xavi also said: "We are satisfied with both. They have adapted well and are doing very well.
"Naturally we would like to count on them even after this season."
