Barcelona president Laporta: Xavi era can be one of our best

Barcelona president Joan Laporta says Xavi can become one of the club's greatest coaches.

In his first full season in charge, Xavi led Barca to the LaLiga title last term.

Laporta said: "He will be one of the best in the history of Bara.

"We are facing a new era, the era of Xavi. We are privileged to be able to live this new era because I am convinced that it will be splendid and one of the best in the history of Bara.

"It has been a historical LaLiga (title). Look at where (the club) we came from (the previous year)."
