Manchester City star Bernardo Silva's future appears a lot clearer at present.
The Portuguese has been linked with a move away from the club all summer.
However, Silva appears to have given up on his dream of playing for Barcelona for at least another season.
Speaking to RAC1 after his team's thumping 6-0 win over Nottingham Forest, Bernardo was upbeat about his plans with City for this season.
He stated categorically to reporters: "I am staying at Manchester City.
"I haven't received any offers, and the decision has been made."
Barcelona appear to have been unable to shift Frenkie de Jong from the club, which would have freed up transfer funds and space on the wage bill for Bernardo.
