Barcelona are closing on a deal for Girona midfielder Oriol Romeu.
The former Barca junior is a target for the Catalans as they seek a replacement for former captain Sergi Busquets, now with Inter Miami.
Sport says Barca are ready to pay 8m for Romeu, with Girona also seeking a replacement.
As such, Barca are open to loaning Pablo Torre to their neighbours for the new season.
Talks are underway today and there's a hope a deal can be struck before Sunday.
