PENAMPANG: Barisan Nasional (BN) was not involved in giving out Malaysian identity cards (ICs) to undocumented migrants in Sabah under a certain “Project IC” as claimed by Parti Bersatu Sabah (PBS) President Datuk Seri Dr Maximus J. Ongkili, said BN Advisory Board Chairman Datuk Seri Najib Razak.
He said when PBS was in the coalition before it left in 2018 after 14th General Election, BN wanted such issue to be corrected which was why the coalition entrusted PBS leaders to address it.
