Bayer Leverkusen chief Simon Rolfes has paid tribute to Roma coach Jose Mourinho.
Rolfes talked up Mourinho ahead of tonight's Europa League first-leg.
He said, "He has a lot of experience, he's very intelligent.
"He knows how to handle pressure and the media. But then the players go onto the pitch, everyone is seeing how there is quality, preparation. We all follow the performances."
Rolfes added, "A favorite between us and Roma? I don't think there is. It will be a match between 50-50".
