Bayer Leverkusen are showing interest in Nacho ahead of the summer transfer window, according to Cadena COPE.
The new German champions are back in the Champions League next season - and coach Xabi Alonso has identified the centre-back as a potential reinforcement.
It has also previously been reported that Rafa Marn, who is being pointed out as a potential replacement for Nacho at Real Madrid, is on the radar of Bayer Leverkusen.
The centre-back is currently on loan from Real Madrid at Deportivo Alavs.
