Okdiario says Michel is viewed by both giants as their 'plan B', with Bayer Leverkusen coach Xabi Alonso their top summer choice.
Xabi is seen at Liverpool as the ideal successor for the departing Jurgen Klopp, while at Bayern the Spaniard is being considered as a replacement for Thomas Tuchel.
Should Xabi snub either or both clubs, then they will make an attempt for Michel.
However, there is a confidence inside Girona that Michel will be staying next season. He has made it clear this term that as Girona have proved themselves title contenders, his ambition is to lead the club in next season's Champions League.
