Bayern Munich chairman Herbert Hainer insists they landed Harry Kane for much less than claimed.
It's been suggested Bayern paid a fee rising to 115m to sign Kane last month from Tottenham.
Kane, 30, has scored nine goals in eight games so far for Bayern.
"Harry Kane cost us no more than 100 million euros. Unless we win this season and the next few seasons," insisted Hainer.
"Without bonuses, we are under 100 million."
