Bayern Munich CEO Oliver Kahn has slammed the club's players after their miserable run of form.
The reigning Bundesliga champions have struggled so far this season domestically.
The Bavarians, who won 10 titles in a row, loss 1-0 to Augsburg on Saturday.
The result follows draws with VfB Stuttgart, Union Berlin and Borussia Monchengladbach.
Kahn told Sport1: "We're totally convinced of Julian [Naglesmann - manager].
"Of course, he's concerned, everyone is. We're in a bad mood. Some players probably believe the Bundesliga can be considered secondary. You can't do that."
Sporting director Hasan Salihamidzic added: "We haven't won in four games in the Bundesliga, we got three out of twelve possible points, so I'm a little worried.
"You can't win in the Bundesliga the way we played today."
