Bayern Munich coach Julian Nagelsmann has welcomed new signing Matthijs de Ligt.
The Holland defender's move from Juventus was completed on Tuesday.
Nagelsmann said: "I am really very happy with his signing.
"He is one of the most talented central defenders in the world and he is still young. His arrival is a good sign, for us and for the Bundesliga that has chosen us.
"He is also a threat of set pieces, which is important: I hope he will score 7-8 goals."
