Bayern Munich coach Thomas Tuchel apologised to Harry Kane after last night's German Super Cup defeat.
Kane made his debut a second-half substitute as RB Leipzig won 3-0.
Tuchel later said of the Tottenham signing: "I'm sorry for Harry Kane.
"Now he'll think we haven't trained for a month!"
The coach then continued: "I haven't been able to recognise anything we've shown in the last few matches."
Going back to Kane, Tuchel reiterated: "With Werder Bremen he will start from the first minute."
