Bayern Munich are fighting to keep hold of Real Madrid target Alphonso Davies.
The Canada international wing-back is off contract in 18 months' time and a priority transfer target for Real Madrid.
So far Davies has refused Bayern's overtures to open talks about a new deal.
However, Bayern hope to bring Davies to the table with their latest offer of 10m-a-year - which would represent a major hike on his current wages.
But Davies knows should he sign a new deal, any chance of a summer move to Real Madrid would be over.
