Bayern Munich great Lothar Matthaus has rejected claims of coach Julian Nagelsmann being under pressure.
After an inconsistent start to the season, Nagelsmann's position has been questioned, with former Chelsea manager Thomas Tuchel being linked with his job.
But Matthaus told BILD: "We didn't give Nagelsmann a 5-year contract for nothing, we also spent a lot of money for him.
"Longest contractual duration that a coach has ever signed with Bayern, they will all come out of this situation together.
"I don't think his position is in the balance, nor is there the Thomas Tuchel idea."
