Despite narrowly winning in the Bundesliga last term, Tuchel knows that Bayern must step up several levels to achieve their ambitions this time around.
Per Bild in Germany, Tuchel was seen hurling many criticisms at his players in training.
The 49-year-old was paying special attention to wonderkid Jamal Musiala, prospect Paul Wanner, and Josip Stanisic.
Tuchel is hoping that Bayern can get him a top class striker in the form of Tottenham's Harry Kane.
