Bayern Munich have announced Joao Cancelo has returned to Manchester City.
Cancelo has seen Bayern pass on signing him permanently.
The Portugal defender joined Bayern in January on-loan from City, with the deal including a permanent option.
However, Bayern announced on Friday that Cancelo would be returning to his parent club.
Cancelo made 21 appearances for Bayern.
