Bayern Munich powerbroker Uli Hoeness admits he's a fan of Arsenal midfielder Declan Rice.
But he insists Bayern would never have paid the money Arsenal did to West Ham to sign the England international.
He told FAZ: Last Sunday I watched Arsenal's game against Liverpool.
"With Rice, I consciously looked at him, he's a very good player, but with all due respect: I wouldn't spend 120 million euros on him even today.
"We as FC Bayern simply cannot afford that."
