Sky Deutschland says Bayern have already given up on the Canada wing-back.
It's also reported the agreement between Davies and Real Madrid over personal terms is now a fact.
Nothing has been signed, of course, but there is approval from the player for the conditions that Real Madrid has offered him.
All that remains, therefore, is for the clubs to begin negotiations for his departure. It's been suggested Bayern will begin at a starting price of 70m.
