Bayern Munich wing-back Alphonso Davies admits he could always be a Barcelona player.
The Canada international is now interesting Real Madrid.
But he could've joined Barca in 2019, only for then Blaugrana president Josep Maria Bartomeu to block the move.
Davies recalled to the Say Less podcast: "Barca approached me and they wanted me, but president Bartomeu didn't want me because I was Canadian.
"It hurt my feelings at the time and I couldn't sign."
