Real Madrid striker Karim Benzema is set a bumper new deal this month.
Benzema is favourite to win the Ballon d'Or later in October and Revelo reports the triumph will also trigger an option in his contract.
Should the Frenchman be voted the Ballon d'Or winner, he will see his contract extended and improved.
Benzema's current deal runs to 2023.
Just yesterday, Bayern Munich striker Sadio Mane said: “Honestly, I think Karim deserves it this year. He had a great, great season with Real, with whom he won the Champions League… He fully deserves it, so I'm very happy for him."
