
Kota Kinabalu: Former Sabah Chief Minister Tan Sri Bernard Dompok has been announced as the new SME Corp Malaysia chairman.
Entrepreneurial and Cooperative Development Minister Datuk Ewon Benedick announced the matter during a ceremony to hand over appointment letters to the new chairman and members of the board of directors of the body today, according to a statement.
Ewon said he hoped the new appointments representing Malay, Indian, Chinese, Kadazandusun and Dayak commerce chambers will help the government, particularly the ministry, provide the best services to SMEs in the country.
