SEGAMBUT division Bersatu Deputy Chief Adam Radlan Adam Muhammad is reportedly outside Malaysia as he remains sought by the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) in connection with the MEX II highway project investigation.

MACC Chief Commissioner Tan Sri Azam Baki confirmed that cooperation with the Immigration Department will be pursued shortly to ascertain his whereabouts.

“Most importantly is his (Adam Radlan) whereabouts. The MACC urges him to return immediately to assist with the investigation,” he told Sinar Harian on Sunday, calling on Adam Radlan to come back to the country to support the ongoing inquiries.

Adam Radlan, 44, was last registered at Sri Hartamas, Kuala Lumpur. The MACC has appealed to anyone with information on his location to contact investigating officer G Sharan Raj at 014-3560771 or via email at [sharanraj@sprm.gov.my](mailto:sharanraj@sprm.gov.my).

The investigation relates to the construction of the Putrajaya to Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) Expressway, known as MEX II, which runs from the Putrajaya Interchange to KLIA.

Adam Radlan had previously been under scrutiny in connection with the Jana Wibawa project but was released by the Sessions Court after paying a RM4.1 million compound.

Judge Suzana Hussin cleared him of 12 charges of corruption and money laundering following a recommendation from the Deputy Public Prosecutor, Farah Yasmin Salleh, in line with MACC’s agreement to the settlement submitted by the accused. - November 16, 2025
