The Everton midfielder is on-loan at Besiktas for the season, with a permanent option included.
Fanatik says Alli had offers from Saudi Arabia and Qatar last month.
But the former England international resisted all offers to fulfill his commitment to Besiktas.
"I have given my word for Beikta. I don't think I'm going to leave without meeting expectations," he said.
