Besiktas president Ahmet Nur Cebi is willing to take another gamble on Dele Alli.
The former Tottenham midfielder is out of sorts after a poor loan spell at the Turkish club this season.
Alli, who was on loan at Besiktas for the season from Everton, had to cut short the spell due to an injury he recently sustained.
Besiktas president Ahmet Nur Cebi, per The Mail, is even willing to sign Alli permanently.
That is dependent on the Englishman securing a free transfer exit from Everton this summer.
If the Toffees do not want a fee, and Alli lowers his wage demands, he can move to Turkey again.
