Besiktas are in talks with released Liverpool midfielder Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain.
Sky Sports says a meeting was held in London between the player and Besiktas officials.
Among the club delegation was president Ahmet Nur ebi.
The Turks are keen to sign Oxlade-Chamberlain and made their pitch on Wednesday.
The midfielder is considering his options and also has fielded interest from the Premier League and Saudi Pro League.
