How to Identify Fraudulent Messages:
- Official SMS and emails will never request personal banking details or passwords.
- Legitimate tracking links will only originate from the official J&T Express Malaysia website (www.jtexpress.my) or the official J&T Express Malaysia App.
- Be wary of urgent payment requests, especially those threatening non-delivery of parcels.
- Do not click on suspicious links or download attachments from unknown sources.
What to Do if You Receive a Scam Message:
- Do not respond to suspicious SMS, emails, or phone calls.
- Verify parcel information through the official J&T Express Malaysia website or mobile app.
- Report suspicious activity to J&T Express Malaysia’s Customer Service at 1800-82-0022 or WhatsApp number 012-250 9647.
