Newcastle United remain at deadlock in new contract talks with Sean and Matty Longstaff.
The duo have been in negotiations with managing director Lee Charnley and their representatives for a number of weeks now, with 19-year-old Matty's contract the more pressing contract of the two deals, says the Evening Chronicle.
Indeed, the teenager's current contract runs out at the end of this season and he is free to talk to European clubs in January.
Toon boss Steve Bruce said, "I keep saying conversations are ongoing - the two Longstaff brothers are there for everybody to see.
"That will keep on going."
