KOTA KINABALU: Chief Minister Datuk Seri Hajiji Noor expressed confidence that the BigSabah Sale will strengthen Sabah’s trade ties within the region and beyond through greater market access and business collaboration.
He said during the launching of the programme at the Sabah International Convention Centre (SICC) on Saturday, the event reflects growing investor confidence and showcases Sabah’s potential as a key trading gateway in East Asean.
In a speech delivered by Finance Minister Datuk Seri Masidi Manjun, Hajiji said the State Government values strong partnerships with industry players that help widen market opportunities for local entrepreneurs.
He said the BigSabah Sale highlights the importance of innovation, sustainability, and collaboration in building a high-value business ecosystem and advancing Sabah’s role in the Asia-Pacific trade corridor.
Thirteen countries are participating in this year’s event, underscoring Sabah’s growing visibility in international trade and business events.
