Biker running stop sign has miracle escape after crashing into bus at high speed

A motorcycle rider had a miracle escape in Colombia after running a stop sign and hitting a bus at full speed.

Surveillance footage from the city of Buga, in the west of the country, shows a man driving at high speed through an intersection when he runs straight into the side of the bus on August 30.

Fortunately, the rear doors of the bus were open at the time and the rider was catapulted into the vehicle.

He can be seen dazed but conscious in footage from inside the bus.

Local news reports say he did not sustain serious injuries.
