Birmingham City boss John Eustace is convinced by the potential of Jobe Bellingham.
Jobe is the younger brother of Borussia Dortmund and former Birmingham midfielder Jude Bellingham.
Eustace told BirminghamLive: "There is a lot of pressure on Jobe, because he is who he is. We have to protect him. I have to protect him.
"We are talking about very young players. It is my job to develop them in the right way. Jobe has done really well this season.
"In the last few games you can see how he is growing and developing, and there is still a lot more to take away.
"We will have a superb player going forward."
