Birmingham City are taking into consideration replacing recently hired manager Wayne Rooney.
The Championship club took the decision to hire Rooney after sacking John Eustace.
While Eustace was popular with the fans, Rooney is on the verge of losing his job.
Per The Sun, Rooney could find himself replaced with Steve Cooper in the coming weeks.
Cooper recently lost his job at Nottingham Forest, who have hired Nuno Espirito Santo.
Whether Cooper is willing to move back to a Championship side is not yet clear.
