Championship side Birmingham City are talks to sign Manchester United winger Tahith Chong.
The Dutchman, who spent time on loan with the club last season, impressed during the few games he managed to play during an injury-ravaged campaign.
Transfer expert Fabrizio Romano reports that the two clubs are now engaging over a permanent deal.
Chong has not made enough of an impression to get first-team chances at Man United.
Birmingham have been doing other business with United as well.
The Championship outfit have also secured Hannibal Mejbri on loan for the entire season.
