No sooner had we turned our calendars to November than the Black Friday 2026 deals began to drop. Savvy shoppers will know that the annual shopping event is no longer confined to a single Friday. Nowadays, it’s morphed into a month-long extravaganza of discounts, with retailers launching their sales earlier and earlier each year.
Brands and retailers up and down the country are already slashing thousands of prices across everything from laptops, TVs and games consoles to mattresses, vacuum cleaners, luxury beauty products and perfume. And with Christmas racing towards us, it’s the best time of year to start shopping for presents.
In fact, several retailers started snipping their prices before November had even begun. Argos, Currys, AO and Boots all kicked off their Black Friday celebrations at the end of October, with the likes of Samsung, Simba, Dyson, Shark, Very and Google quickly following suit. There are already thousands of offers up for grabs, with plenty more expected to drop as we inch closer to the actual Black Friday date on 27 November.
But not every deal is quite as good as it first seems, with misleading discounts and prices aplenty. That’s why it pays to compare prices before heading to the checkout. And if you need a little help navigating the bewildering number of sales and offers, we’ve got you covered. Here at The Independent, we’ll be rounding up the best deals and flagging when products have dropped to their lowest price to help you shop with confidence.
Below, I’m rounding up all the Black Friday sales you can shop right now, as well as the dates to bookmark for brands and retailers that have yet to launch their sales.

If they do, Argos says it will give you a voucher for the difference.
Minky sure dri 4-tier heated airer
If you want a speedier way to dry your clothes this winter, I’d recommend investing in a heated airer. Argos has slashed the Minky four-tier heated airer by 25 per cent. While we haven’t tested this exact model here at IndyBest, we’ve tried other Minky products and they’re all solidly built. It features angled arms to help better separate clothes, and there’s a cover to help dry clothes more quickly. Minky says it heats up to 42C in about 30 minutes and folds flat for storage.

AO
Sale started: 28 October
AO was one of the first retailers to go live with its Black Friday sale. The electricals retailer began its early Black Friday savings on 28 October. It’s already slashed nearly a thousand products in price, including on TVs, laptops, vacuum cleaners and household appliances. It also has a price-match guarantee, so if you find the same product cheaper at a competitor, you can ask it to match the price. It’s worth comparing prices before heading to the checkout though, as AO acknowledges that prices can fall further during the sale.
Dyson V8 cyclone cordless vacuum cleaner
AO has slashed £140 off the Dyson V8 cyclone cordless vacuum cleaner in its Black Friday sale, taking it down to £209, or £199 if you’re an AO member – Currys and Dyson have it at the same non-member price, but you can also get it for £206.99 at Amazon.
When home appliance expert Joanne Lewsley tested the cordless vacuum for her guide to the best Dyson vacuum cleaners, she praised its performance on hard floors. “Flour and lentils disappeared in a single pass, leaving virtually nothing behind,” she wrote. While carpets required a couple of extra passes, she found that the cleaner head still did a solid job of picking up dirt and pet hair.

Tefal pro express vision
AO has ironed out a tasty £250 off the Tefal pro express vision steam iron for Black Friday. It now costs £279 – John Lewis is also selling it at this discounted price.
While we haven’t tested this exact model, IndyBest reviewer Zoe Griffin named the more affordable Tefal express optimal the top option in her guide to the best steam irons. “I found the continuous steam did most of the work for me, rather than needing to rely on the boost button,” she wrote.
The pro express vision is a more premium model, featuring a built-in light to help spot creases and a powerful steam boost for tackling thicker fabrics.

The all-seasons model on sale at Asda is slightly more flexible, with two duvets that can be used separately or together.

Ariana Grande’s mod blush eau de parfum, 100ml
Boots has halved the price of Ariana Grande’s mod blush eau de parfum as part of its Black Friday sale, Beauty writer Lucy Smith named it the best floral scent in her round-up of Ariana Grande’s best perfumes. Featuring notes of raspberry, passion fruit, rose and magnolia, Lucy described it as “fresh and airy rather than heavily perfumed”, making it a great choice for daytime wear. Our teen tester Lyla Beevers was equally impressed, comparing the scent to “a posh spa day”, although she found it didn’t last quite as long as some of the other fragrances tested.

With a generous 9.5l capacity and two independent cooking drawers, you can cook different foods at different temperatures at the same time. When appliances writer Rachael Penn tested the smaller model for her review of the best dual-basket air fryers, she was impressed by its cooking functions. “The sync function worked well, staggering the start times of the drawers so everything finished at once,” she wrote. “If you’re cooking two things at the same time and temperature, the match cook function is also super handy as it saves you from having to program both sides individually.” The XL model also features six cooking functions and dishwasher-safe parts.

Dyson spot+scrub robot vacuum cleaner
Dyson has slashed £270 off its spot+scrub robot vacuum cleaner for Black Friday, bringing it down to £779.99 – the lowest price ever. It’s worth noting that Argos, Currys and John Lewis have all matched Dyson’s price, however.

Google Store
Sale started: 4 November
Want to upgrade your smart tech for less? The Google Store has launched it’s Black Friday savings, with hundreds of pounds off smartphones and decent discounts on earbuds and smart watches. However, we’ve spotted some cheaper deals at third-party retailers, so it’s worth comparing prices before your purchase. For example, the Pixel buds 2a wireless earbuds have been reduced to £99 at Google Store, but you can snap them up for £79 at Amazon.
Google Pixel 11 Pro
There’s something iconic about the Google Pixel – a big camera bar on the rear; rounded corners and unmistakable colourways – you’ll know a Google Pixel phone when you see it.
The most noticeable addition to the design in the 11 Pro iteration is HiLight – a ring of colourful LEDs around the camera flash. It lights up when the phone is face down, and looks like the entire flash is glowing. You can assign one of five different colours to contacts, so you know who’s calling without picking up your phone. The lights also spring to life when Gemini is listening, thinking or responding, as I detailed in my Google Pixel 11 Pro review.
With this Black Friday deal, you can save almost £300 on the price.

Google Pixel watch 4
In her review of the best fitness trackers, fitness expert Lily Canter dubbed the Pixel watch 4 as the best multipurpose wearable. “It sits in an interesting middle ground between a fitness tracker, a running watch and a full smartwatch,” said Lily. “On the fitness side, it covers the basics well: sleep tracking, heart rate, calories, quick-start activity logging and Fitbit-powered health insights.” Lily added that “if you want one device that can handle daily health, workouts and smartwatch duties, it makes a strong case for itself.”

Google Pixel watch 5
You can also pick up the newer Pixel watch 5 with a discount of £70. The smartwatch can track blood pressure trends, without the use of an inflatable cuff. Samsung
Sale started: 4 November
Tech giant Samsung has launched a range of discounts and trade-in deals across laptops, smartphones, earbuds and more for Black Friday. Although Samsung’s Galaxy S26 range of smartphones have received recent price hikes, the brand’s Black Friday offers still reduce the mobiles to below their original prices, meaning you’ll still secure a saving overall.
However, some third-party retailers, such as Argos and John Lewis, currently have better offers on some of the handsets, so it’s worth comparing prices and offers before you buy.
Simba
Sale started: 1 November
Mattress brand Simba’s Black Friday sale has also begun. You can get up to 33 per cent off mattresses, bedding, pillows and more. You can save up to £990 on its hybrid mattresses. Simba hybrid luxe mattress
Looking to upgrade your mattress this Black Friday? Simba has slashed 33 per cent off its hybrid luxe mattresses, with a king size mattress costing £1,272.33 – a £627 discount. It combines foam and spring layers and provides full body support.

Consumer writer Fran Watts put it through its paces over eight weeks. It boasts eight layers of foam and springs, and even has a cooling layer. “The biggest surprise for me was just how much of a difference the temperature regulation made,” she wrote in her review, adding that she no longer woke up feeling overheated.

Ariana Grande cloud eau de parfum, 50ml
This fragrance scored highly in our review of the best Ariana Grande perfumes. “I can see why this has become one of Grande’s most recognisable scents – it feels youthful, without being exclusively teen, and the warmth beneath the freshness gives it year-round versatility,” said our resident beauty buff, Lucy Smith. “The cloud-shaped holder is equally fun,” added Lucy. Right now, you can pick up a 50ml bottle for just £20, making it even cheaper than the 30ml bottle at Superdrug.

Marc Jacobs daisy ever so fresh
In her review of Marc Jacobs’s daisy ever so fresh, fragrance fanatic Lucy Smith described it as “the perfume embodiment of the orange and red sour peach-flavoured fizzy foam sweets”. Lucy added: “It’s potent and an instant scent uplift.” Although Lucy felt it’s a little too overpowering for all-day wear, she said it has a place in the fragrance space as a “layered evening top up.” Thanks to this Black Friday deal, you can nab a 75ml bottle with a discount or more than 50 per cent.

Mermade pro hair waver
”A firm favourite of Khloe Kardashian and Hailey Bieber, Mermade needs little introduction,” said IndyBest assistant editor Sarah Jones, when she put the brand’s device to the test for a previous review of the best hair wavers. “The wide barrels left me with effortlessly rippled waves that, while defined, avoided looking overly crimped,” said Sarah. If you want to try it for yourself, the device is currently half price at Superdrug.

Which retailers are boycotting Black Friday 2026?
Not every retailer joins in with the Black Friday madness. A handful of brands always sit out the shopping event.
Lush is the biggest retailer to do so. The cosmetics company says it doesn’t participate in Black Friday because its prices reflect the cost of ethically sourced ingredients and handmade products. It does occasionally run what it calls ‘freshness sales’, discounting products that have passed its own freshness standards.
M&S doesn't officially take part in Black Friday either, but every year it offers discounts throughout November. The retailer had promotions during last year’s Black Friday period, despite not advertising a dedicated sale.
The biggest change this year comes at The Ordinary. After years of running ‘Slowvember’, an alternative to Black Friday where it offered 23 per cent off skincare in the month of November, it’s been completely scrapped for 2026. It’s now moved its annual discount event to April to coincide with its birthday. The brand says its website and physical stores will still close on Black Friday itself in protest over “pressure shopping”.
