Blackburn Rovers are closing on a deal for Liverpool defender Ben Davies.
Davies spent last season on-loan with Sheffield United and Rovers are now in talks for the defender.
He was left out of the Reds' pre-season tour.
Rovers boss Jon Dahl Tomasson is ready to see Davies signed permanently, says the Daily Mail.
