Norwich City midfielder Todd Cantwell is a target for Blackburn Rovers.
Cantwell spent the second half of last season on-loan with Bournemouth.
But the Cherries have passed up the chance to take him permanently.
Now new Rovers manager Jon Dahl Tomasson is looking into a loan arrangement.
The move will be hard to make, though, as Cantwell is in the last year of his deal, says The Sun, and Norwich would prefer to sell.
