Blackburn Rovers have turned down a bid for Ben Brereton Diaz from Fulham.
The Premier League club were hoping to secure the highly rated attacker before Thursday's transfer deadline.
However, Rovers are determined to hold onto Diaz until January at the very least.
According to journalist Alan Myers, French side Nice and Fulham have both failed with bids for the Chile international.
Fulham's offer was far below what Rovers believe is Diaz's true value at present.
There is very little chance of a transfer going through, with so little time remaining in the transfer window.
