The sales of fireworks can be done as long as it is in a safe manner and in accordance with the law.

Here’s why that’s important.

Content creator, Akeem Sharyzal, took to his Twitter page to showcase a video from a night market in Chow Kit, Kuala Lumpur. In the video, a fireworks stall could be seen to be on fire, causing the fireworks to go flying into passersby and the other stalls around.

Soon after, a man with a fire extinguisher appeared to put out the fire.

This incident allegedly took place on Sunday (April 16) at 10:50pm.

According to a report by Astro Awani, the stall selling the fireworks was found to not have a license to do business.
